Contra Desk

Handcrafted using choice Maple and Walnut, this computer desk was built with the intention to change or add components using an intelligent quick connect/disconnect dovetail clamping system. The dovetail clamps can be attached to any custom component and is then hung from the center support. Not only does this allow to easily change location of components but makes for a very unique "floating" illusion. A large brass rod ties together the splayed legs allowing for significant weight to be hung from the center mast.
